Zbigniew was born in Warsaw, Poland in 1969. After graduating from the Faculty of Chemistry at Warsaw University of Technology he worked on his PhD at both Warsaw University of Technology and Université Paris-Sud.
In 1998 Zbigniew joined Koram ZZM company (part of Daewoo) where he worked as a technologist responsible for environmental protection. In November 1999 he was employed by C.H. Erbslöh Polska to develop the dietary supplements and pharmaceutical products business segments. With a constantly growing range of product solutions, Zbigniew still looks after these markets today.
