In May 2018 the food activities have been extended to the Polish market. A team of experienced sales people take care of the specific market segments of the local clients. An own local application lab completes the service to our clients in Poland.

Sylwia Bojanczyk was born in Poland in 1976 and graduated in Human Resource Management. She began her professional career in 1997 in the flavour & fragrance industry at Mrowna Company, which was then acquired by Firmenich. Sylwia started in the Quality Control Department and between 2000 and 2005 she was responsible for the flavours legislation in Poland. In 2006 she moved into the sales department as a Commercial Assistant. In early 2010 Sylwia became an Account Manager in the Flavour Division and was responsible for sales and business development with strategic and local customers in different segments (Sweet Goods, Beverages and Savoury).
In 2017 she has been employed by Kerry as Key Account Manager where she was responsible for sales and the development of a strategic relationship with the key customers.
Since May 2018, Sylwia has been working for C.H.Erbslöh Poland as Flavours Division Manager.
