Zbigniew Chalecki

Sales

Zbigniew was born in Warsaw, Poland in 1969. After graduating from the Faculty of Chemistry at Warsaw University of Technology he worked on his PhD at both Warsaw University of Technology and Université Paris-Sud.

In 1998 Zbigniew joined Koram ZZM company (part of Daewoo) where he worked as a technologist responsible for environmental protection.

In November 1999 he was employed by C.H. Erbslöh Polska to develop the dietary supplements and pharmaceutical products business segments. With a constantly growing range of product solutions, Zbigniew still looks after these markets today.

Piotr Golusik

Sales

Piotr Golusik was born in Poznań in 1973. During his studies at the Faculty of Commodity Science at the Poznan University of Economics and Business he gained some industrial experience in sales assurance at Gillette Poland as a Merchandiser.

 After his studies, Piotr started his career as a Sales Representative. For the next 3 years he worked in international food corporations (FMCG) as an Area Sales Manager and a Key Account Manager. In 2005 Piotr started working as a Regional Sales Representative at Brenntag Polska. He was responsible for the sales of food ingredients such as food flavours, colours, phosphates, hydrocolloids, syrups, etc. for the meat, bakery, beverage and dairy industry in Poland.

Since 2013 Piotr has been working with the C.H.Erbslöh Group as a Sales Manager for food ingredients in the Polish market.

Sylwia Bojanczyk

Sales

Sylwia Bojanczyk was born in Poland in 1976 and graduated in Human Resource Management. She began her professional career in 1997 in the flavour & fragrance industry at Mrowna Company, which was then acquired by Firmenich.

Sylwia started in the Quality Control Department and between 2000 and 2005 she was responsible for the flavours legislation in Poland. In 2006 she moved into the sales department as a Commercial Assistant. In early 2010 Sylwia became an Account Manager in the Flavour Division and was responsible for sales and business development with strategic and local customers in different segments (Sweet Goods, Beverages and Savoury).

In 2017 she has been employed by Kerry as Key Account Manager where she was responsible for sales and the development of a strategic relationship with the key customers.

Since May 2018, Sylwia has been working for C.H.Erbslöh Poland as Flavours Division Manager.

Ewa Melka

Sales

Ewa was born in 1971 in Lodz, Poland. After graduating in Economics at the University of Lodz she started her professional career at the Polish company, Extracta, a company which sells flavours and emulsions for the beverages industry.

After 4 years of logistic and customer services management she began working with international distributors of chemical raw materials and specialist additives for industries. In 1997 she started working as a Sales Representative at Holland Chemicals International (HCI) Poland dealing with the food, feed, pharmaceutical and cosmetic fields. In 2002 HCI Poland was incorporated by Brenntag where she also dealt with food additives. In October 2002 she started working at Donauchem Polska where she worked for over 14 years. Initially, she was a Sales Representative for the food and pharmaceutical business before she was appointed to be Deputy Regional Director. In 2013 she took up the position of Business Development Manager, Food Industry and she coordinated the Sales Representatives while servicing business relationships with key accounts.

Since May 2018 Ewa has been working with the C.H.Erbslöh Group as Key Account Manager for the group’s food ingredient brand, Innotaste, in Poland.

Radoslaw Bojar

Application

Radoslaw Bojar was born in 1972 in Warsaw. He studied home economics and nutritional science at the University of Agriculture in Warsaw.

After his studies Radoslaw started working at Kamis (an herbs and spices manufacturer) as an R&D Specialist. During the following 11 years he was responsible for the product development of spice blends and convenience food for the Polish, Russian and Romanian market. After that he was responsible for product development for Kamis’s new B2B company activities. In 2008 he continued his professional career at the Tea Company “Intea” as an R&D Manager. In that role Radoslaw was responsible for the development of flavoured and non-flavoured teas, herbal teas and infusions for the new company brand in the Polish market. As Head of the Research and Development department, Radoslaw has been in charge of the company’s rebranding activities for the oldest Polish tea brand “Posti”.

Since May 2018 Radosław has been working with C.H.Erbsloeh as Application Manager for the group’s food ingredients brand Innotaste.

Sylwia Jeremiejewicz–Szymańska

Marketing & Business Development Manager

Sylwia Jeremiejewicz – Szymańska was born in Poland in 1977. Although her studies covered subjects in finance and banking, she has found her passion in marketing.
Her professional life started in 1999 as Commercial Assistant in the Polish affiliate of Firmenich.

Sylwia held this position for seven years and was promoted to Marketing Manager for the Firmenich Distribution Platform and moved from Poland to Vienna for this. She managed marketing projects, workshops and training for all European Distributors.

After two years, Sylwia moved back to Poland and took over the position of Marketing & Business Development Manager for Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

In 2017, she was promoted to Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager and also took over the marketing responsibility for Ukraine and Israel, leading both local and European projects.

In spring 2020, Sylwia joined the C.H.Erbslöh Group to take on the position of its European Marketing & Business Development Manager for the Group’s food activities consolidated under the brand Innotaste.

Monika Molenda

Customer Service

Monika Molenda was born in 1976. She started her professional carrier in 1998. In her first job she was responsible for the customer service in a Polish representation of a German company which was selling windows and doors profiles.

After 2 years she began her adventure with a sale the PEHD products like pipes, tanks and manholes. She spent over 10 years in the big Finnish production company where she was responsible for the whole purchase process starting with the price and technical offers, negotiations of contracts finishing at the coordinating the entire implementations process.

Monika Molenda has been working in C.H. ERBSLÖH Polska Sp. z o.o. since August 2011 where she manages the purchasing side.
