Since November 2005 Innotaste is also present in Central Europe. In the beginning the focus was on Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. In the meantime our sister companies from the C.H. Erbslöh group take care of the clients’ requirements in Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Macedonia, Slovenia, Montenegro and Albania. An own application lab in Hallein (AT) is available for our local clients and for the local sales team.

Eszter Schneider
Sales
Eszter Schneider was born in Hungary in 1977. After graduating from secondary school, she studied business management at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
After successfully completing her studies, at the beginning of 2002 she assumed leadership of the Austrian branch of a medium-sized Austrian-Hungarian food retail company, which she successfully managed until 2013. Throughout these 11 years of employment, she became very well acquainted with the Austrian and Hungarian food markets.
Since the end of 2013, she has continued this activity as a self-employed entrepreneur. In January 2014, Eszter began to collaborate closely with Innotaste GmbH, and she is responsible for the further expansion of activities and business relations in the Austrian market.
Claudia Welspacher
Teamleader Customer Service
Claudia Welspacher was born in 1982 in Bruck an der Mur (Austria). After finishing school, she completed a 3-year apprenticeship as an industrial management assistant at voestalpine Austria Draht GmbH in Bruck an der Mur.
Claudia then worked for another 3 years at voestalpine Austria Draht in the Rope Sales and Quality Management departments and completed the “automatic certificate generation” project earlier than scheduled.
In the autumn of 2000, Claudia moved to the secretariat of the Styrian Chamber of Labour (Arbeiterkammer Steiermark) for 8 months, where she was employed as an election assistant during the election of the Chamber of Labour, before she began a second period of training in adult education as a hotel and catering assistant. Over the course of this training she completed an internship in French-speaking Switzerland and successfully completed the training in December 2005.
In early 2006, Claudia moved to the federal state of Salzburg and started working for C.H. Erbslöh GmbH in Austria. Initially, activities included back office, logistics, merchandise management and purchasing for the countries AT, HR, SI and CZ, as well as assisting in management and accounting. This broadly diversified field of work includes the processing of customer enquiries, sample processing, complete order processing including the organisation of imports and exports of goods worldwide, including dangerous goods, as well as handling complaints and invoicing. She also conducts negotiations with shipping companies and other business partners, and completed her Matura (general certificate for university entrance) between 2009 and 2012, alongside her employment.
In order to cope with the increasing workload and the expansion of Austrian C.H. Erbslöh into new markets and countries such as SK, HU, BG, RO, XS, MK and BA, as well as UA and RU on occasion, the office team has been expanded to 4 employees, for whom Claudia acts as team leader.
Oliver Ciglenecki
Sales
Oliver Ciglenecki was born in Zagreb in 1974. After graduating in Food Technology in 2000 he started working for food production companies in Croatia first as Production Manager, then in Purchasing and Sales.
In 2008 Oliver joined Brenntag in Croatia as Product Manager for Cosmetic & Household. In that role Oliver was responsible for the development of business operations distributiing specialties and commodities for this industry segment. In 2010 Oliver joined the company Geus as Head of Sales for the Food Industry running the distribution of Sensient flavors. In 2011 he started working with Firmenich in Austria as Account Manager. In that function Oliver was responsible for the commercial and marketing activities as well as for technical and legal requirements of the clients located in the former Yugoslavian countries, Bulgaria and Romania. In 2017 Oliver joined Backaldrin as Key Account Manager where he was dealing with key accounts in the bakery segment.
Since September 2018 Oliver has been working for the C.H.Erbslöh group as Account Manager for the group’s Innotaste portfolio.
Peter Záhradnik
Sales
Peter Záhradnik was born in Poprad in Slovakia in 1965. After graduating from the Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology at the Slovak Technical University of Bratislava his career began at the Biotechnological Institute at the university. He worked in the team which developed the isolation methods for extraction of natural aromatic oil from herbs, flowers, spices and other natural materials. Likewise, he participated in the development of natural and nature-identical flavours.
In 1992 Peter joined the company Frujo a.s., which at that time was the first company in Eastern Europe for aseptic processing of fruit and vegetable preparations. For more than 8 years he was the head of the development department. During this time, he and his team successfully implemented aseptic and emulsion technologies, technologies of aromatic substances and UHT technologies for sensible and sophisticated food preparations and ingredients for the use in dairy products, beverages, ice cream, bakery and confectionery products as well as convenience food. The following 10 years he worked as the Manager of Technological Support in the sales department, focusing on the application of flavours and many other ingredients in various segments of the food industry across Europe.
In 2011 Peter started as Senior Sales Manager in the company Fosfa a.s. Till 2018 he was responsible for the sales of food phosphates and phosphates mixtures for the meat, bakery and dairy industry in CEE, the Baltic countries and Ukraine. In that role Peter covered all main segments in the food industry.
Since 2018 Peter has been working with the C.H.Erbslöh Group as Sales Manager for the group’s food ingredient branch Innotaste in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Tomislav Baric
Sales
Tomislav Baric was born in Osijek, Croatia in 1988. After graduating from the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, earning the Master’s degree in Bioprocess Engineering in 2014.
Tomislav started working for the Croatian region’s biggest producer of frozen food, Ledo d.d. in Zagreb, as an R&D Trainee responsible for new product development. In 2016 he continued working for the same firm as a Production Technologist responsible for process optimization and new technology implementation. In 2017 Tomislav took on the role of Sales and Implementation Engineer for Ireks Aroma d.o.o., working closely with Firmenich to offer new flavor solutions to clients in the Southeastern European Region. As of 2017 Tomislav is an MBA graduate student at the Zagreb School of Economy and Management.
Tomislav joined the C.H. Erbslöh group in September 2018 as Sales Manager for Southeastern European Region, promoting the group’s food ingredients brand Innotaste.
Mihaly Gaspar
Sales
Mihaly Gaspar was born in Szombathely, Hungary, in 1977. He studied Food Sciences at the University of Horticulture and Food Industry in Budapest. After his graduation with a master’s degree in Food Industry Engineering in 2002, he started working as a salesman at the distribution company Fermenta Hungaria, focussing on flavours and beverage compounds of the Austrian producer AKRAS.
As a part of the customer relationship management, he started creating ready-to-drink and ready-to-eat samples in 2003 in the company’s own application lab to meet the clients’ expectations for quicker turnround times.
In 2008 he joined the company NRC (Nordmann & Rassmann) Hungaria, where he gained experiences with the flavours of MANE fils and its subsidiary Gelcrem Italy, specialised for the ice cream industry. Since the product range of NRC covered all main areas of the food industry, Mihaly participated in several R&D projects and pilot productions across various business applications.
Afterwards, he became Product Manager at Brenntag Hungaria in 2010. In that role, Mihaly was in charge of the sales of specialties and commodities from the represented suppliers with a focus on Givaudan flavours for both divisions – sweet and savoury.
In 2014 Mihaly joined HSH-Chemie Hungary as a sales representative. His product portfolio included Frey & Lau flavours and essential oils, as well as various additives for sports nutrition, convenience food, baked goods, meat processing and animal feed.
In 2017 Mihaly and his family moved back to his hometown where he started his own business as an R&D consultant for food manufacturers. In the recent years, he developed vegetable-based protein supplements for people sensitive to dairy products or those following a special diet.
In spring 2019, Mihaly has joined the C.H.Erbslöh Group as the Food Ingredients Account Manager for the Hungarian and Romanian market.
Balázs Bársony
Customer Service
Balázs Bársony was born in Ajka (Hungary) in 1990. After graduation he studied Business Administration and Management at the Budapest Business School.
During his studies he gained practical experience in sales and purchasing, as well as in logistics at Wamsler SE, one of the biggest cooking stove producers in Hungary. After finishing his studies in 2013, he started working as a project coordinator at the J.L. Seagull Language School.
In 2014 Balázs migrated to Austria to study at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. During his studies he gained his first experience in the culinary arts, working part-time as a chef while completing language courses.
In 2017 Balázs started working at a catering company, first as an events assistant, then as a teamleader, with a task to coordinate the staff for catering events.
Since November 2018 Balázs Bársony has been working as a Sales Assistant at C.H. Erbslöh Hungária Kft.
Marius Nieczaj
Customer Service
Marius Nieczaj was born in 1983 in Gdansk, Poland. After his graduation in 2002 from the business school in Traunstein he completed his basic military service in the mountain infantry in Bischofswiesen (Bavaria). In 2005 he successfully graduated as an office administrator.
He then gained experience in production as a machine operator at Sony DADC in Anif. In 2007 he moved to the company Sanitär-Heinze in Freilassing, where he worked in the purchasing department and was responsible for warehouse and customer order scheduling, while also taking on a two-year evening course in economics. After working for five years he gained experience in sales and order scheduling at AVE Österreich GmbH in Salzburg. In 2015 he switched to the sales department of Schenker & Co. AG in Bergheim, where he worked in the back office and was partly active as a key account in field sales. In 2018 he decided to move to the company Biogena in Salzburg, working in production & operative purchasing, and he was also responsible for the administrative area.
Since March 2019 Marius Nieczaj has been working as a sales assistant at C.H. Erbslöh Austria.
Michal Hanic
Customer Service
Michal Hanic was born in the Czech Republic in 1986. In 2005, he graduated as an office clerk and sales manager from the SSOPS private school in the Czech Republic. Following graduation, his first job was with the real estate agency Frydek-Mistek (Czech Republic).
In his position of assistant director, Michal communicated with customers, prepared contracts and took care of the company’s website.
From 2007 to 2008, he worked as an accountant at O2 telefonica in Prague.
In 2009, Michal decided to move to the company CEWE Color, working in production where he was responsible for the product quality in the photo lab.
Then in 2013, Michal moved to Munich to take a German language course to further improve his language skills while working mini jobs.
In 2016, Michal started as a trainee for DG Timework in the accounting department. Thereafter, from 2016 to 2018, he worked as a commercial clerk in the export department of Kelvion Holding GmbH, based in Gilching (Bavaria). In this position Michal was responsible for the control of deliveries, returns and damaged goods. Furthermore he organized the transportation of goods around the world.
Since October 2018, Michal has been working as a sales assistant for C.H. Erbslöh in Hallein, Austria.
Brigita Berginc
Application
Brigita Berginc was born in Ljubljana (Slovenia) in 1997. After completing her Abitur (A-level equivalent) in 2016, she began studying Food Technology at the University of Ljubljana’s Biotechnical Faculty.
Brigita addressed the nutritional psychology topic of “stress factors and eating behaviour in students” in her dissertation. After successfully completing an engineering degree in food technology, Brigita became familiar with various production facilities and commercial kitchens from 2020, before completing her work placement in the laboratory at the University Clinic of Respiratory and Allergic Diseases Golnik in 2022.
Since September 2023, Brigita has been working as an applications engineer at C.H. Erbslöh Austria and is responsible for the application area of our food ingredients for the central European region.
Thomas Hable
Sales
Thomas Hable was born in 1976 in Ried im Innkreis (Austria). After graduating from the College for Tourism and Leisure Industry in Bad Leonfelden (Austria), he gained first professional experience in the hospitality industry in Germany, Austria and the United States.
Later on, Thomas joined his parents´ butcher company and worked as an assistant operations manager at the renowned Leberkäse producer Gourmetfein.
After 10 years as an independent sales agent for premium food and wine, he joined Moguntia Food GmbH in 2021 as a sales representative for artisan butchers.
End of 2023 Thomas Hable earned a professional certificate for Product Management from the University of Maryland before starting as Sales Manager Austria for the Innotaste portfolio at C.H. Erbslöh Hallein.
