The aim of the R&D Team has always been to create chocolates with unique and exclusive sensory profiles, with a flavour that is distinctive without being niche. Unlike other types of chocolate made with standard recipes and ordinary flavour profiles, the IRCA chocolate line offers a wide range of single-origin and blended chocolates.
Beside chocolate based coatings, IRCA offers a wide range of fat and water based coatings specially designed for couverture, glazing and pastry decorations. The soft and spreadable consistency is optimal for fillings and cream flavourings. These can be flavoured with fat-based pastes and oily essences. Multiple variants are available, also palm-oil free.
