Karolina Woszko was born in 1995 in Opole, Poland.
She graduated with a master's degree in Biotechnology at University of Opole. After graduation, Karolina first worked as health assistant at Soteria Anamija Health Center for two years before completing a government internship where she was trained on the microbiological and physicochemical analysis of water.
In 2021 Karolina started working at Kaczmarek Komponenty, Mrowino, as Junior Development Technologist. As a member of the company’s R&D department Karolina was involved in the modification and creation of flavor recipes as well as the related sensory analysis and product safety & regulatory affairs.
In November 2022 Karolina has moved to Krefeld, Germany, and has joined innotaste as sampling manager.
