Data processing
We,the innotaste GmbH, Düsseldorfer Str. 103, 47809 Krefeld , are processing your personal data only in the context of our newsletter service, in order to provide information of our products, services, events and other things worth knowing. You can object at any time to the sending of the newsletter with effects for the future.
For statistical reasons, tracking is being used to determine which links within the newsletter have been clicked on and lead to actions on your website („conversion“). These data is not associated to you, more over they are anonymous.
The data, which is provided by you is essential for sending you newsletters. Without these data, we are not able to consider your registration to the newsletter.
External service provider
To provide the newsletter service we are making use of an external service provider (The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a MailChimp) This service provider has within the scope of an order data processing (in accordance with art. 28 GDPR) access to your data. The service provider is bound to instructions, this is ensured by corresponding contracts. The service provider is located outside of the EU/EEA. The service provider guarantees an adequate level of data protection by concluding the EU standard contractual clauses / the binding corporate rules / the privacy shield. Retention period and erasure
The data is being retained as long as you have not withdrawn the consent for sending you newsletters.
Your rights
Hereby we inform you, you have according to art. 15 et seqq. GDPR, in the light of the defined conditions, the following rights of people concerned: Right of information in regard to the affected personal data as well as the right to rectification and erasure. Further on you have the right to restrict the processing of personal data and the right to data portability. As well, you have the right, according to art. 77 GDPR, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the case the processing is based on art. 6 para. 1 let. a GDPR or art. 9 para 2 let. a GDPR (consent) you have the right to revoke your given consent at anytime, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing until the withdrawal of the consent.
